This Privacy Policy explains how Yverio (“Yverio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit yverio.com and related pages, features, and services (together, the “Site”).

Yverio is an independent football information service created for football fans. You do not need to create an account to browse scores, fixtures, results, standings, team information, player information, or statistics.

Yverio is not a bookmaker, betting operator, gambling platform, tipster service, or betting advisory service. We are not affiliated with bookmakers or gambling operators unless a relationship is expressly disclosed. We do not accept bets, provide betting accounts, process gambling transactions, or encourage users to gamble. Football statistics and other information displayed on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only.

We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Yverio is responsible for the personal data processed in connection with the Site.

For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, the person operating Yverio acts as the data controller where Yverio determines why and how personal data is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors using the public Yverio website.

Yverio does not currently require public user accounts, profiles, paid memberships, or subscriptions in order to browse the Site.

  • the contents of your message; and
  • any other information you choose to include.

The Site may store preferences on your device so football information is displayed correctly for you.

A timezone is not precise GPS geolocation and does not identify your exact physical location.

Where the Site uses the k:location cookie or similar browser storage, it may remain on your device for approximately 12 months unless you delete it earlier.

This preference storage does not contain a Yverio username, password, or public user profile.
