Information on the Processing of Personal Data for Journalistic and Editorial Purposes

Yverio is an independent football information service created for football fans. In addition to scores, fixtures, results, standings, statistics, and other structured football information, Yverio may publish editorial and journalistic football content such as match previews, match summaries, player and team information, competition coverage, sporting developments, and other football-related reporting.

Yverio aims to maintain that distinction.

The fact that someone is a professional footballer or other public figure does not mean that every aspect of that person's private life is automatically relevant for publication.

11. Private life

Yverio is primarily interested in football and sporting activity rather than the private lives of individuals.

We generally do not seek to publish private information about family relationships, private addresses, private communications, financial circumstances, or similar matters unless there is a legitimate and proportionate football-related public interest in doing so.

Information being available somewhere on the internet does not automatically mean that Yverio will consider its republication appropriate.

12. Minors and youth players

The creation of a player profile or statistical page does not mean that Yverio creates a behavioural, financial, gambling, or consumer profile of that person.

15. Automated decision-making

Statistical rankings, match ratings, performance tables, and similar football metrics are intended to describe sporting data and do not constitute decisions affecting a person's legal rights.

Yverio is an independent football information service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with FIFA, UEFA, any football association, league, competition organiser, club, player, broadcaster, streaming platform, bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling company.

Names, statistics, competition names, club names, and other identifiers are used for football reporting, identification, and informational purposes.
