These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yverio.com, including its pages, features, data, tools, and other content (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated under the name Yverio (“Yverio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. About Yverio

Yverio is an independent football information website. The Site may provide live and recent scores, fixtures, results, standings, team and player statistics, line-ups, match events, head-to-head information, match previews and summaries, competition information, television and streaming availability listings, calendar feeds, and other football-related content.

The Site is intended for football fans and is provided for general informational purposes only.

Yverio is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, tipster service, or betting advisory service. We do not accept bets, process gambling transactions, provide betting accounts, or facilitate sports betting.

2. Independent service and no official affiliation

Yverio is an independent website and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with FIFA, UEFA, any national football association, league, competition organiser, football club, player, manager, stadium, broadcaster, streaming service, or other sports organisation.

Names of clubs, competitions, players, stadiums, broadcasters, logos, crests, trademarks, and other third-party identifiers may appear on the Site solely for identification, reporting, reference, and informational purposes. All third-party trademarks and other rights remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Football data and accuracy

Information displayed on Yverio may be obtained from third-party data sources, publicly available information, official sources, automated systems, or our own processing and editorial work.

Although we aim to provide useful and up-to-date information, football data can change quickly and errors can occur. Scores, match events, line-ups, substitutions, statistics, standings, kick-off times, dates, venues, referee information, player details, competition information, broadcast listings, and other content may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, corrected, or changed after publication.

Live data in particular may be subject to delays between an event taking place and that event appearing on the Site.

Yverio does not guarantee that any information displayed on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

4. Do not rely on Yverio as an official source

You should not rely on Yverio as the sole or official source of information where accuracy or timing is important.

This includes, without limitation, decisions relating to attending a match, travel arrangements, ticketing, television schedules, streaming availability, competition qualification, player availability, or financial decisions.

Where information is important to you, you should verify it through the relevant club, competition organiser, football association, broadcaster, streaming provider, venue, or other official source.

5. No betting, gambling, or financial advice

Nothing published on Yverio constitutes betting advice, gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place a wager.

Statistics, head-to-head records, recent form, historical results, team trends, scoring patterns, match previews, editorial summaries, expected-goal statistics, or similar information are provided solely as football information.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use information obtained from the Site.

6. Television, streaming, and “Where to watch” information

Some match pages may display information about television channels, broadcasters, streaming services, or other platforms that may show a particular match.

These listings are provided for informational purposes only. Yverio does not host, retransmit, rebroadcast, sell, or provide unauthorised access to copyrighted football broadcasts or live streams.

The appearance of a broadcaster or streaming service on Yverio does not mean that:

  • the match will definitely be available through that service;
  • the service is available in your location;
  • the service is free;
  • you have a subscription or legal right to access it;
  • the listing is complete or current; or
  • Yverio is affiliated with or endorsed by that service.

You are responsible for using only lawful and properly licensed television or streaming services available in your territory.

7. Calendar features

Yverio may provide calendar downloads, calendar feeds, or similar features for individual matches, teams, leagues, or competitions.

These features are provided for convenience only. Match dates, kick-off times, venues, competition rounds, and other details may change after an event has been added to your calendar.

You should always verify important scheduling information with an official source. Yverio is not responsible for missed matches, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, notifications, or other consequences resulting from outdated, delayed, or incorrect calendar information.

8. Permitted use

You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may share links to individual Yverio pages and may use normal browser functionality to view the Site.

Unless we give you prior written permission or applicable law expressly permits it, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site or its content;
  • systematically download, collect, extract, harvest, scrape, crawl, or copy data from the Site;
  • use bots, scripts, spiders, automated browsers, automated agents, scraping tools, or similar systems to retrieve substantial amounts of content or data;
  • build, populate, operate, or enhance another website, database, application, feed, product, artificial intelligence dataset, machine-learning dataset, or commercial service using substantial amounts of Yverio content;
  • circumvent rate limits, access restrictions, robots instructions, security mechanisms, or technical protections;
  • make automated requests at a volume that could interfere with the performance, availability, or operation of the Site;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers, databases, administrative areas, source code, systems, or non-public information;
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, or impair the Site or its infrastructure, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use Yverio content in a way that falsely suggests it is official information from a football club, league, competition, broadcaster, or governing body;
  • remove or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
  • use the Site to distribute malware, malicious code, spam, or unlawful material; or
  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Normal indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted where performed in accordance with generally accepted search-engine practices and any technical instructions made available by the Site.

9. Automated access and data extraction

Yverio contains a significant amount of organised football information and data. Systematic, repeated, automated, or bulk extraction of Site content is not permitted without our prior written permission, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

This restriction applies regardless of whether extracted information is obtained directly from page content, HTML, structured data, network requests, APIs intended for internal Site operation, feeds, scripts, or other technical means.

We may use reasonable technical measures to detect, prevent, restrict, or rate-limit automated or abusive access.

10. Intellectual property

The Yverio name, branding, Site design, page layouts, user interface, original written content, editorial material, software, code, graphics, and other original elements of the Site are owned by Yverio or used under licence and may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce Yverio branding, imitate the Site in a way that creates confusion about its source, or republish substantial amounts of our original editorial content without permission.

Certain football data, photographs, player images, competition names, club names, crests, logos, trademarks, broadcast information, or other materials displayed on the Site may be owned or licensed by third parties. Their appearance on Yverio does not grant you ownership of or a licence to those materials.

11. Third-party services and external links

The Site may contain links or references to websites, applications, broadcasters, streaming platforms, football organisations, social networks, or other services operated by third parties.

We do not own or control those third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, legality, content, pricing, or practices.

A link or reference does not necessarily mean that Yverio endorses, sponsors, recommends, or is affiliated with the third party.

Your use of any third-party website or service is subject to that third party's own terms, policies, and practices.

The Site may store technical or preference information, such as language, timezone, cookie choices, or similar settings, in order to provide and improve Site functionality.

13. Site availability and changes

We aim to keep Yverio available and functioning correctly, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

The Site, or any part of it, may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, server issues, network failures, third-party provider outages, data-feed interruptions, security incidents, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yverio makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Site, including its accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Site will always be available or uninterrupted;
  • football data will always be accurate or delivered in real time;
  • errors will always be corrected;
  • any particular competition, team, player, statistic, or feature will remain available; or
  • third-party information displayed on the Site will remain available or accurate.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yverio and the person or persons operating the Site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings, as well as losses resulting from inaccurate or delayed scores, statistics, schedules, standings, broadcast information, calendar data, or other football information.

You use the Site and rely on its content at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Consumer rights and applicable law

These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory rights that you may have under the laws applicable to you and that cannot legally be waived by agreement.

Any dispute concerning the Site or these Terms will be handled in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction that apply under applicable legal rules.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Site, our practices, applicable requirements, or the services we provide change.

When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.

The updated Terms will apply from the time they are published on the Site unless stated otherwise.

If you continue to use the Site after updated Terms take effect, your continued use will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Severability
